For so many years, at least as a child, you probably heard your mom (or your nanny) telling you to eat your veggies. Or maybe you saw some ads or health magazines to eat fruits and veggies because it’s good for your health.
I know that my title can seem in some way provocative and I know that you know someone who knows someone… that have lost weight on a diet. Me too! And I can also tell you that I’ve done a loooooot of diets and I’ve always lost weight when I was following strictly the rules. Until a point… And let me tell you why, despite experiencing losing weight on a diet, I scream out loud that diets don’t work.
I guess that everybody in our fast-paced world, has experienced daily stress in their life. Think of it : how do you manage your morning routine to be on time at school or at work, or when you have an important appointment and you’re stuck in the traffic jam?
